Company Description and Context of Role
IFG Asia is a regional multi-business firm with businesses in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Trade and Technology. The company is headquartered in Singapore and has significant presence in Myanmar, with clients with clients both regionally and internationally.
Our Real Estate team focuses on developing apartments, condominiums and hotels in Myanmar, and we are looking to expand the team to support our growing business.
Description of Role
Responsible for the planning, creation, implementation, and management of marketing and sales campaigns
for existing and new residential developments.
The Marketing Manager works closely with the project team from project inception (design, branding,
positioning) through sellout.
The Marketing Manager is accountable for driving the marketing processes internally that are aligned with our
sales goals
Functions
Primary role
Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of key marketing and sales processes and
deliverables including but not limited to:
Marketing and sales plans, including budgets and timelines.
Advertising campaigns, promotional events, broker outreach, buyer retention campaigns, referral programs,
and social media
Marketing collateral and tools including brochures, website, stationery and signage Design, setup, and
operation of onsite project
Manage third party vendors required to create and implement marketing and sales deliverables.
Conduct ongoing competitive analysis.
Partner with sales teams to implement and monitor success of marketing and sales campaigns.
As necessary, make actionable recommendations to enhance marketing and sales programs.
Secondary project role
Completes projects and tasks as directed by directors
Provide market driven direction and feedback to enhance positioning and branding of new residential projects.
Manage marketing and sales campaigns across multiple residential developments
Manage all sales and marketing related project costs with the help from Sales and Finance team

Must-have skills
Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word and Excel)
Use of internet applications
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Able to produce monthly qualitative reports
Additional preferred skills
Database knowledge and data entry
Experience in marketing residential developments in Yangon
Comfort operating in a self-directed and autonomous manner
Innovative thinker
Confidence, experience, and maturity to handle challenging situations.

Can communicate effectively in English and Burmese
Has personal and professional integrity
