  • Responsible for timely and adequate production and ensure compliance on Product SOP and quality
  • Ensure equipment are in working condition
  • Maintain production area cleanliness, including preparation and storage area
  • Communicate with Branch Manager to project production quantity and schedule to minimise wastage and maximise revenue
  • Coach and train bakers on product quality and SOP
  • Ensure compliance on food hygiene standards and procedures
  • Maintain sufficient and appropriate level of stock inventory
  • Schedule staff roster to achieve operation effectiveness and efficiency

  • Minimum 1 year experience in bakery and production
