  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors in the assigned area.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they meet or exceed targets.
  • Create and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and increase market share.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Any Bachelor Degree with Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
  • At least (5) years strong experience in related field with 2 years management experience.
  • Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, presentation and management skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate stakeholders in achieving set KPIs.
  • Must be able to travel and must have driving license.
