- Assist the teacher in maintaining classroom management through firm and respectful directions that are appropriate to the learning environment of ISM.
- Assist in monitoring student behavior and safely during break, lunch, arrival and dismissal.
- Assist teachers in delivering the academic program through the preparation of materials and the fulfillment of clerical tasks as requested.
- Help to maintain accurate class records in the areas of student progress, attendance, tardiness and discipline
- Assist in extracurricular activities such as after school activities, athletic events and special programs as requested by the principal.
