The duties & responsibilities of Assistant Vice President for Card Business Section under Consumer Banking Department as follows:

- Management of all cards products including new products launch, overview the portfolio of launched cards products
- Overview in the development of all Products Collaterals including T & C, Product information, risk, CBM compliance and ensure that the Bank’s Branding are strictly adhered to.    
- Regular review on market trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Initiates product ideas and on-going features tailored for each segment
- Knowledge in digital card products and able liaise with IT team for card new products or enhancements 
- Well verse in consumer needs about card products and strong in market research for creating new card products
- Annual budget planning and business planning
- Training, coaching and mentoring of the staff
- Establishment of regular report for management team
- Develop the requisite SOP for the operation of all programs in your oversight

- Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Cards environment or similar experience in cards product development (Most preferable who has experienced in Bank’s card business)
- Good command of verbal and written English language, corporate fluency in the Burmese language, and effective interpersonal and communication skills 
- A creative thinker, outgoing and mature personality
- Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature
- Can work under pressure and have a solid mindset to launch new product on time
- Expert in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
