Duties and Responsibilities
– Create and deploy SOPs for complaints case escalations– Track and manage high level complaints case closure with relevant departments– Prepare case reports & analytics– Prepare to learn CX case studies– Periodic service recovery upskilling training and workshops

Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing or other relevant academic backgrounds– Have at least 3 years of working experience in customer support, marketing– Good presentation skill, communication skill and problem solving skill– Computer literate & proficient in English (Written and Verbal)– Myanmar Nationality Only
