Purpose / Mission

  • To execute Mechanical Maintenance for the Thilawa plant maximizing the plant Uptime.
  • To assist with the coaching and training of an outstanding local team.
  • Ensures equipment, materials and tools are on-hand for work execution.
  • To help build a culture of excellence in Safety, Efficiency, Reliability and Teamwork.
  • Conducts work using a precision-based approach documenting new tasks using pictures and written instruction in English and Myanmar Language

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs
  • Prefer working experience in heavy industry
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Hands on role utilizing skills such as fitting, machining, welding and hydraulics
  • Strong ability to multi- task and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, well organized and continuously striving for an exciting efficient approach.
  • Proficiency in English four skills
