- High school degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or related field preferred
- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement process, policy and systems
- Proficient computer skills ( Microsoft Office, word, power point, outlook email and excel)
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
- Ability to negotiate, establish and administer contracts,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
