The Automation and PLC Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of production machines regarding with electrical issue and associated electrical control system including PLC software and Hardware, Panel troubleshooting and fault finding.
Reviewing existing electrical control or electronic system to identify the needs for amendments.
Maintain and Troubleshoot all PLC networks and Interfaces.
Providing technical assistance to resolve problems related Electrical Control, HMI and PLC, Communication modules, Instruments and Control Panel.
Regular reporting to update Factory Manager and Maintenance Lead of any issues with electrical, electronic system or Control System.
Review, Create and Follow maintenance schedule and provide required part list if required
Conducting inspection of online quality checking system regularly.
Installation, modification and maintaining electronic, electrical, instruments and Control system.
Expected to keep working area organised and orderly and make sure that production parts, tools, test & measuring equipment and documentation are properly stored and maintained.
Must Follow all the safety procedures, environmental guide lines and company rules & regulation.
Other duties as assigned.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Team work is extremely important
Very Good knowledge in PLC automation
Good understanding of HMI, SCADA, Computer Base Control using Profield Bus.
Good understanding of Siemen PLC, Backhoff PLC and Profield Bus modules.
Good understanding of ABB, Siemen, Allan Bradley, Danfoss VFD (Motor Drive).
Software troubleshooting on Siemen Step 7 PLC Programming.
Good computer skills particularly in PLC Programming and Field communication.
Knowledge of electrical standard components, sensors, encoder – decoder, proficient in Siemens, Allen Bradley, Backhoff is must.
Good understanding on Electrical control logic, Relay Logic, Timer, Counter, Solenoids, soft starter, UPS, Power supply.
Electrical Drawing and Circuit reading skill is must.
Need to have interests in machines and should be able to work with detail objectives
Hand-on experience of instrumentation, controls, drives and HMI system
Communicate effectively, clearly and concisely, both on orally and in writing
Good skills on Email, Power Point and Excel.
Troubleshoot and working under Production volume pressure.
