An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Developing detailed models, collaborating with Project teams, ensuring model accurancy and adhering to Building standards, clash detection, generating construction drawings.
Laying out plans, sections and details using Autodesk Revit Software
Familiar with BIM documentations and shop drawings directly from the Revit models
Assist VDC Manager, VDC Coordinators and project team in creating, updating and revising BIM Models from the project start to as-built stage.
Create accurate and organized Revit (BIM) models and generate schedules, concrete body plans, combined service drawings and other relevant shop drawings from BIM Models
Create Revit families for project.
Generate quality work in BIM modelling, shop drawings and meet the submission schedule
Record and control in and out drawing registry
Perform other drafting related duties as and when assigned by supervisor
Communicates and coordinate with the full multi-disciplinary BIM design team and others. (for BIM Coordinator)
Support Project teams in visualization and coordination (for BIM Coordinator)
Clash detection, visual check and identify issues for Coordinators where discrepancies occur. (for BIM Coordinator)
Be aware of the candidate have to work in Myanmar (Work From Home)

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Degree/Diploma or equivalent in Architectural / Civil & Structural/ Electrical & Mechanical.
Well versed in AutoCAD, Revit Architecture/Structure and knowledge in Revit MEP.
Must possess relevant BIM training certificates.
At least 3 years’ experience of BIM modelling and coordination in construction firm of a large project.
Able to work with minimum supervision and as a team.
Skills in Navisworks and Enscape will be an advantage.
