Job Briefing

We are the fast-growing international company in Yangon and now looking for a skilled accounts officer to record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, payments and the day to day transactions of the business. You will upload relevant information to accounting journals/software and reconcile accounts to ensure their accuracy through excel worksheets.

Responsibilities:

Record day to day financial transactions such as invoices, bills, Mail, accounts payable and receivable
Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, suppliers’ ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
Complete tax and SSB forms and payment of employee salaries
Managing stock levels and maintain records of all purchases and withdrawals
Assisting HQ finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including petty cash control, records, and statements.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Proven bookkeeping experience
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a good mathematical ability
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets (Excel is a must), MS Office and accounting software
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration (Minimum Education Level – LCCI Level III)
Prefer the candidate who can communicate in English and willing to travel
