- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly

- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the Branch and company

-  Need to support over JD as per company require

- Make sure that you and your branch people follow the SOP and policies of the company.

- Control, advise and manage employees and assets and money of the company

- Organize arrange and plan the work flow at branches and create opportunities to grow.

- Looking for opportunities to grow the business and develop agriculture in the correct areas

- Control expenses and plan accordingly for cash flow and operational expenses

- Make sure that money is spend that will be beneficial to the company image and growth.

- Always look for ways to improve the branch to be more effective and profitable

- Grow the business, employees and customers by supporting and creating opportunities for improvement

- To create a bond of trust between customers and the company and between employees and management

- Always try to be the leader in agriculture in Myanmar with cutting edge technology

- Be socially active in the community so there will be a symbiotic relationship.

- Sometimes be prepared to do things outside of your job scope to resolve issues for the company and customers

- To create uniformity and a well structured organization with very little risk
