• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. • Develop and implement staff improvement plans across multiple branches. • Ensure compliance with company standards in the following areas:◦ Store Operations & Cleanliness ◦ Product Knowledge ◦ Stock Management ◦ Staff Grooming & Image ◦ KPI Performance • Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports and action plans. • Manage operations in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures, and code of conduct

• Must be a degree holder or possess a Management Diploma. • Must be 30 years old or above. • Must have at least 3 years of experience in Retail Management. • Must be able to train staff and prepare work schedules. • Must be able to accurately control stock. • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Must have good communication skills. • Must be able to plan for staff and store improvements. • Must meet Store Standards, Product Knowledge, Staff Image, and KPI
• Must be able to submit Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports and plans. • Must be able to work under stress and pressure. • Must be able to manage and lead according to company rules and regulations.
