An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Lead and drive Brand Ambassador (BA) team to be able to support Marketing Team and Sales Team to achieve sales target, to promote Brand and to expand the market
• Educate the BAs on new and existing products and update BAs on all in-store promotions
• Plan and manage monthly outlet schedule to send BA. Ensure BAs have the materials they heed to perform their job
• Monitor BA performance and build effective relationships with the outlets
• Collect feedback from BAs and monitor the feedback from customers/outlet owners and handle the complaints to get customer satisfaction
• Track customer preferences and suggest advertising and positioning ideas
• Network and build trusting relationships with potential outlets/customers
• Generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase sales
• Represent the company at product launches, events and trade shows
• Brainstorm the ideas and participate in trainings and workshops

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-Any graduate, Male or Female
-Minimum 3 or 4 years experience in related field
-Strong communication skills, leadership skills and people management skills
-Action oriented, persistence and capable of implementing change
-Driving skills and valid driving license will be advantage
