-To assist the BA Team to be more effectively and focusing BA team to deliver the super result of performance.
-Manage resource effectively and provides timely and accurate reporting then traveling to other cities as required
- Builds effective relationship with the outlets to monitors the BA performance
-Daily outlet visits for BAs performance review

-Any graduate, Male or Female
-Minimum 2 years experience in related field
-Strong communication skills, leadership skills and people management skills
-Action oriented, persistence and capable of implementing change
