Responsibilities and Duties
• Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
• Work closely with several advertising agencies to manage brand marketing campaigns
• Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items
• Develop custom brand management plans for each product and submit updated summaries on brand exposure to HOD every month
• Proper execution of all activities as planed
• Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
• Keeps up-to-date with latest consumer trends, competitor analysis and market survey to identify opportunities and challenges

• Minimum Bachelors of Science/Bachelors of Arts in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience as brand manager/assistant brand manager/marketing executive
• Excellent command of the English language
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Team building and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
• Highly creative with ability to think out of the box
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
• Ability to prioritize tasks
