- To make a sales calls to the clients daily to explain about our services
- To make a sales visit to the clients daily
- To follow up the old and new clients daily
- Good understanding of the recruitment sales / Sales
- Building good relationship with the clients and company as well as internal staffs
- Monthly and Quarterly Sales Target will be good
- To send the weekly KPI report to head of HR

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း
- Any Bachelor Degree is in any field
- Age between 20 and 35
- Above 2 year direct working experinces of recruitment sales from the local recruitment agency or HR Consulting Firm
- Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiar with Outlook Email
- English Proficiency is required
- Demostrated ability to work under the pressure
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
