Job Responsibilities

• Provide customer service (enquiries answering / sales) with Company’s products and services

• Communicate courteously with customers via telephone, email, and occasionally face to face

• Handle customers' enquiries / feedbacks and maintain high level of customer satisfaction

• Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards for organization or department

• Inventory Management: ensure stock items are consistently available for all clients

• Other duties assigned by the management

Requirements

· BA degree

· Minimum working experiences of (3) years in the related field

· Patience, politeness, diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations

· Proven working experience as a customer service manager

· Strong communication skills

· Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Experience in managing an operational process will be a big plus

· Selling skill is an advantage
