We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 18th May, 2024 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

  • Responsible to explore and exploit and data sources in order to get leads.
  • Responsible to manage the call center effectively and efficiently to ensure that call center associates always have a list of numbers to call every day and have effective scripts       to maximize sales.
  • Liaise with the Regional Sales Team Leaders to ensure leads and appointments info sharing.
  • Responsibile to hit appointment targets as well as assigned sales targets, renewal targets and cross-selling and upselling tagets (together with Regional Sales Team Leaders).
  • Responsibile to keep the CRM updated and to share CRM data with other functions.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, or in a related field preferred.
  • Have experiences managing and directing a call center team.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of customer service and sales principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in contact center is required for this position.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
  • Insurance & Finance, Telecom experience is an advantage.
  • Must be proficient in English.
  • Great attention to details.
