- Be responsible for ensuring tools and equipment are maintained
- Be responsible for paint stock to be adequate for needs
- Quote repairs thoroughly and efficiently
- Ensure team is working to the best possible
- Ensure reports are all done timely
- Ensure work quality is up to the standards expected by company and customer
