• Chief Baker must lead the production session as the most responsible person of the bakery.
• Cooperate in production of various bakeries, and supervise to maintain the quality of products.
• Produce additional different tastes and style according to customers' feedback and seasonal festivals.
• Observe and learn from other bakeries in the Market for new types that customers like, and manage to produce that kind of food.
• List and report Daily expense for raw materials and Productivity to the Account Department.
• Manage the subordinates by assigning suitable duties for each, and share the baking technique.
• Supervise the subordinates to be self disciplined, and the bakery to be neat.
• Report to superiors in need of manpower to assign skillful employees.
• Perform baking training for assigned employees, and evaluate their progress

Age - 30 years and above.
Education - Must be graduate.
Must be Computer literate.
Must have at least 3 years experience in related field.
(Having food production related certificates will be advantaged.)
