-Daily translation work of the office.
-Arrange business meetings & reception and other occasions.
-Responsible for the project document translation.
-Responsible for government communication, collect updated news and report to the leader,
-Communicate between business partners
-Translate corresponding documents of various letters.
-Handle requests, feedback and queries quickly and professionally
-Receive incoming calls and emails; take messages, respond appropriately and route correspondence to the appropriate executive of staff member
-Assist to schedule and coordinate meeting, appointment
-Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
-Ensure the working process is within timeline
