A Big Opportunity for ...

- To oversee activities within the Unit to comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations and
guidelines including internal policies and procedures relating to key regulatory
requirements.
- To ensure that all relevant regulatory and AML/CFT requirements/policies are
implemented by the Unit.
- To develop, recommend, implement and enhance monitoring of Unit’s regulatory risks.
- To promote a culture of compliance awareness at the Unit
- To make sure ongoing compliance surveillance/ testing/ review
- Monitoring of potential and actual breaches/non-compliance
- To develop and implement Compliance Program within the Unit.
- To provide new product/service/process/projects sign off from Compliance perspective.
- Management of audit/examination issues for the Unit.
- To monitor, verify and submit regular and ad-hoc reports on compliance to Head, Group
- Risk-Compliance in an accurate, complete and timely manner.
- Ancillary functions supporting to Group Risk-Compliance.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Must have at least 3 years working experience in Compliance filed.
- Prefer working experience in financial institutions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment,Strong skill in compliance
- Must be Business level in English language
