• Develop, update and maintain checklists, policy, procedure and system related with compliance management.
• Making sure that the company is in compliance regard to all internal and external regulations.
• Prepare and report compliance issues across the functions.
• Review the whole process and procedure to identify the compliance issues and provide training or advice as necessary.
Training for individual Staff (eg. Loan Policy, Credit Policy, Personal Policy).

• Bachelor degree and at least one year of Micro finance experience;
