- To provide a courteous and professional service at all times

- Coordinate and delegate duties to concierge team members.

- To give recommendation of restaurant, tours, and outside activities by recommending the approved venue/company list only and communicate with concierge

- Supervise the concierge team members with their tasks and follow up with all delegations- Handle Hiccups and communicate the challenges to Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager or Manager on Duty

- To prepare Guest Service monthly and weekly schedule, and ensure to get the approval of the Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager.- To be able to see future business and make a necessary anticipation.

- To develop and maintain a high level of communication with all departments and promote goodwill by being courteous, friendly and helpful to all guests, superior and fellow team member

- To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.- Establish and organize necessary training in order for your team to achieve our set standards

•Graduate in any Discipline Hotel Experience in Front Office Opera Software
•Experience Computer Skills
•Problem-solving skills
•Handling VIP guests
•Experience in 5* hotels in international brands
•Good communication Skill in English as well as in Burmese
•Needs to have driving license(Car)
