* Manage Surveying & Estimating team for the project proposals and tender submitting.
* Lead the communication with Government officials.
* Manage the quality & efficiency of suppliers & sub-contractors.
* Manage daily work progress reported from Executive Engineer.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

* At least 10 years experience in construction field.
* Experiences of project management, Estimating and Tender Submitting are essential.
* Excellent communication skills both in English and Myanmar.
* Able to lead the communication with Government officials, suppliers and sub-contractors.
