1. Independent to lead contract teams (10-15 staff) and provide relevant advise. Ability to lead, plan and manage several tender projects effectively at the same time;
2. Good command of English and Myanmese in written and spoken;
3. Good knowledge in Microsoft office software’s, project management, etc;
4. Good price negotiation skill with vendors and subcontractors;
5. Have a creative and innovative approach to problem-solving;
6. Negotiating and team-working skills and the ability to motivate and lead those on site;
7. Ability to write clear and precise reports and to relate complex information in a simple way to a diverse range of people;
8. Detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology, processes, materials, and legal matters.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

1. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Building Science
2. Degree in Quantity Surveying
3. Diploma in Quantity Surveying (min. 20 years experience)
4. Min. 15 years (● Involved in various building and civil projects in previous employment; ● Relevant working experience with international and reputable construction companies and / or QS consultant in previous employment)
