• ASSIST CUSTOMERS IN THEIR NEEDS AND DEMONSTRATE CONCERN.
• MAKE SALES TRANSACTIONS QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY.
• DEVELOP THE ABILITY OF “UP-SELLING”.
• MAINTAIN STOCK ON SHELVES AND COOLERS.
• COMPLETE SHIFT REPORTS AND ACCOUNT FOR INVENTORY DURING VENDOR CHECK INS.
• MAINTAIN OUTSIDE TRASH, WINDSHIELD SOLVENT AND TOWELS.
• OFF-PEAK TIME IS SPENT IN HOUSING KEEPING OF COUNTER, AISLES, SHELVES AND RECEIVING
AREAS.
• TREAT CUSTOMER AND CO-WORKER IN A FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS MANNER.
• HELP COVER SHIFTS IN CASE OF CALL-OFFS/NO SHOWS.
• DEVELOP THE ABILITY TO READ AND UNDERSTAND INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATING
ELECTRONICS CASH REGISTERS, COMPUTER AND OTHER EQUIPMENT
• STOCKING INVENTORIES
• CLEANING INSIDE OF STORE AND OUTSIDE LOT AND GROUNDED
• FOOD PREPARATION DUTIES IN STORES WITH FAST FOOD
• PROVIDING SUPPORT TO THE STORE MANAGER OR ASSISTANT MANAGER IN CHARGE OF THE
SHIFT AS TO SPECIFIED ASSIGNED DUTIES ON THE SHIFT CHECKLIST
