- Segregation of duties between posting of receipt of goods delivered and issuance of items from Store into inventory system, and verification of accuracy of postings.
- Verification of Receiving, Store and outlet records based only on approved, original documents.
- Market surveys or comparison against Supplier quotations. Spot-checks on preparation quantities and purchase qualities of food and beverage items, and accuracy of recording of inventory and sales at outlets.
- Physical Inventory counts for reconciliation to inventory system and accounting system and for calculation of actual food cost.
- Menu engineering sales analysis to identify profitable items. Accuracy of inventory system for decision making review of par levels for changes in consumption patterns and recipe costing for cost increases of expensive ingredients.
- Quarterly operation equipment physical count. (Quarterly Operating Equipment Loss and Breakage Report)

- Bachelor degree holder (Must have cost control experience at hotel)
- At least 8 years experience
- High accuracy in accounting
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong MS software and accounting software
