Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and their key employees;
Address customer complaints and concerns and ensure satisfactory solutions are obtained for both customers and the company;
Liaising with internal departments to ensure customers’ needs are fulfilled effectively;
Schedule regular meetings with customers’ key employees at different levels and different departments, and conduct business reviews to ensure customers are satisfied with products and services;
Support IBP manager to ensure both the company and customers adhere to contract terms, service level agreements etc.;
Work diligently to meet short-term or long term sales targets through relationship with customer;
Contribute to regional business planning and strategic planning;
Be knowledgeable and up-to-date on market information, products, competition, selling skill, and other information required to achieve the company’s objectives;

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

At least Bachelor degree with at least 5 years of work experience customer relation, preferably business to business;
Good in Microsoft office
Good command of English and Myanmar language, Strong communication skills
Strong customer relations experiences, interpersonal skills;
