University level education.Must have (2) years experience in customer service field. (Mobile Phone Industery more perfer)Age between (20) to (35).Proficient in Microsoft office application.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of charactersExcellent communication and presentation skills
