Purpose of JobTo provide frontline customer serviceTo work on a specific project (a contract basis)Job Description• Greet and welcome the customers with good communication• Assist in crowd control and assessment • Provide general information to customer clearly and action oriented to meet customer’s needs and wants• Good handling the customer complaints• Interacting with a wide variety of people both staff and member of the public, is essential• Have to communicate with related departments upon issue• Coordinate and perform other related tasks as assigned
