About the Company

The Role

Responsible as a primary point of contact between the organization and the customers.

● To support sales activities and to take part in maximizing sales volume performance.
● Ensuring smooth execution of end-to-end shipment life-cycle and dealing with stakeholders.
● Responsible for documentation, operations and increasing potential and existing customers’ satisfaction.

Requirements

● At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service from Shipping and Logistics Industry
● A Bachelor degree in Business Management or related field is a must
● Good English communication and a strong interpersonal skill preferred
● Experience in documentation, shipment and tracking process is an advantage
