Nomination/Routing Order
a) After receiving Routing order booking from Overseas Network, check Shipper details,
S/C no. and nominated carrier.
b) Contact shipper and get Booking Order and check cargo ready date.
c) Then check validity of S/C no. and get sailing schedule from carrier.
d) Provide Booking Advise and schedule to overseas office.
e) Also provide sailing schedule to shipper.

CS & Documentation
a) Prepare Booking Note and send to carrier for cargo space booking.
b) Once carrier accepts booking, pass information to shipper for issue Booking Note at Carrier.
c) Monitor & solve the problem for booking & Container release matter between shipper and carrier.
d) Check POD office of B/L issuing procedure.
e) Once container arrive in CY, request Shipping Note from shipper and prepare draft HBL.
f) Prepare Shipping Note and send to carrier for draft MBL preparation.
g) Pass shipment information to Accountant for preparation of Cash Invoice & DN for B/L fee & handling fee.
h) Once shipper confirm draft HBL, issue Original to shipper and collect respective B/L & seal fee.
i) To issue MBL from carrier.
j) Send final sailing advice, HBL, MBL & DN for handling fee to POD office.
k) Send mother vessel connecting information to shipper.
l) Check cargo arrival status with POD office.
m) Assist Accountant for Agent SOA matter.

Import LCL
a) Check & confirm the data for Console Docs sent from POL.
b) Pass to Operation for necessary action.

Import FCL
a) Check & confirm HBL & MBL data for POL office to match with Myanmar Inbound SOP.
b) If need to amend, inform POL office for Myanmar Inbound SOP and request to amend before ETA YGN.
c) Once receive the confirm docs, pass to operation staff for further process.
DDU shipment Handling
a) After receiving shipment information from Operation Dept; get HBL & MBL from POL office.
b) Check & confirm HBL & MBL data to match with Myanmar Inbound SOP.
c) If need to amend, request to amend before ETA Ygn.
d) Once receive the confirm docs, pass to Logistics Dept; for further process.

Border Trade
a) After receiving shipment information from Marketing Dept; contact customer & prepare Cargo Receipt.
b) Provide Job Sheet to Account Dept; to issue INV, DN, CN.

Project Cargo Handling (if necessary)
a) After receiving shipment information from Marketing Dept; get HBL & MBL from POL office.
b) Check & confirm HBL & MBL data to match with Myanmar Inbound SOP.
c) If need to amend, request to amend before ETA Ygn.
d) Once receive the confirm docs, pass to Logistics Dept; for further process.

-Must be Bachelor Degree
-related diploma more preferred
-at least 5 year experience in Logistics field
