Edify is looking for a deputy CFO to join one of the most reputable companies in Myanmar, the company is in agricultural products wholesale market, working with the local banks on micro financing projects for farmers in Myanmar.

• Ability to successfully lead the finance team for the company
• Ability to lead strategic planning, results-based management and reporting
• Builds strong relationships with banks, external business partners and board of directors and investor relations
• Identify and structure loans and present it to the board arrangements
• Oversee and control loan documentation process and requirements
• Effectively communicating internally and with banks and investors regarding financial needs
• Join the commercial negotiation as finance rep
• Assess the economics evaluation
• Demonstrates openness to change and ability to manage complexities

• Wholesale market and banking experience is preferable
• MBA in Finance or Business banking
• Excellent management skills with ability to handle difficult situations
• Public company experience
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Myanmar language
