* The role requires to oversee and manage the Operations Function, facilitate smooth internal and external operations, manage the staff complement and promote healthy team engagement. Furthermore, conduct market analysis and research to provide new products and services, and work closely with the COO and BOD members on planning.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
* At least 8 years of working experience on a management level.
* Strong Operational experience, preferably from the banking or microfinance industry.
* Repatriates are preferable.
* Fluent English and strong technical skills and knowledge of Myanmar’s financial regulations.
