  • Cooperating with the HOD and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
  • Overseeing day-to-day business operations within the department to ensure that it is running smoothly.
  • Delegating and back office operational daily tasks.
  • Ensuring the department meets its goals and objectives by setting standards and monitoring performance
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Making sure that all company policies and procedures are followed by employees at all times
  • Evaluating the performance of supervisors to ensure that they are meeting performance standards
  • Reviewing employee performance appraisals to ensure that they are accurate and fair
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients or other departments within the organization to promote teamwork and cooperation, policies and procedures are followed.
