" Organizing sales and site visits
" Develop new customers and looking for new business opportunities
" Create awareness and do presentation for our products
" To execute sales plan consistently to achieve sales target
" Provide professional advice on design conceptual, space planning, furniture layout plan
" Prepare quotations/technical proposal
" Able to conceptualize design concepts
" Able to do presentation of design concepts to customers
" Provide 2D/3D drawings to show furnitures in different perspective views
" Maintain good relationship with existing customers

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

" Graduated with degree or diploma in architecture or equivalent preferred
" Independent, aggressive, confidence, out spoken, self-motivated and sales driven
" Proficient in Autocad, 3DsMax, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft office
" At least 3 years experience in interior designing and/or sales experience
" Able to communicate in English language
" A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
