1. Measurement သြားေရာက္တိုင္းတာျခင္း။
2. Customer ၏လိုအပ္ခ်က္ကိုလိုက္ျပီး ကုမၸဏီမွ standard အတိုင္း ဒီဇိုင္းျပဳလုပ္သြားရန္။
3. မိမိအထက္မွေပးေသာ လတ္တေလာတာဝန္မ်ားကို ျပီးေျမာက္ေအာင္ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
4. Order မ်ား order ခ်ရန္နွင့္ leader မ်ားအား order စစ္ေဆးရန္ကူညီေပးျခင္း။
5. Installer မ်ား install ျပဳလုပ္နိုင္ရန္ကူညီေပးျခင္း ၊ အမွားတစံုတရာရွိပါက ေျဖရွင္းမည့္နည္းလမ္းနွင့္ customer ၾကားညွိႏႈိင္းေပးျခင္း။
6. မိမိ၏တစ္လတာ target ျပည့္မီေအာင္ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
7. Managerအား ဆိုင္၏ သတ္မွတ္ထားေသာအေရာင္း target ျပည့္မီေအာင္ကူညီေပးျခင္း။
8. ဆိုင္အတြင္းအျပင္ သန္ ့ရွင္းမႈနွင့္ ဆိုင္ image ထိန္းသိမ္းရန္တာဝန္ ။
9. Manager အား Design software နွင့္ ကုန္ပစၥည္း update လုပ္ျခင္း, အၾကံညဏ္သစ္မ်ား ျပဳျပင္ျခင္းစသည္မ်ားကို ကူညီေပးျခင္း။
10. ကုမၸဏီ image ထိန္းသိမ္းေစာင့္ေရွာက္ျခင္း ။
11. Customer complain တက္ျခင္းနွင့္ အၾကံျပဳျခင္းကို ကူညီေျဖရွင္းေပးျခင္း ။
12. Designer daily report နွင့္ လိုအပ္ေသာ report မ်ား တင္ျပျခင္း ။
