• Edit and maintain the company’s website.
• Primarily responsible for the implementation and tracking of all digital activities
• Write the updated content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Website and, etc.
• Able to handle politely the Facebook page comments reply and monitor the customer’s feedback.
• Oversee a social media strategy execution
• Able to explain the product inquiry and product info well to the consumer via Messenger, Viber or phone call.
• Manage digital marketing campaigns
• Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity
• Work closely together with all the marketing brand teams.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spending and performance based on the insights
• Oversee payments and contract
• Develop and Manage social media marketing campaigns and advertisement.
• Track and analyze traffic flow and provide regular internal reports

• Any Graduated.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Social Media Platforms
• Public Relations and Marketing Experience
• Good Customer Service Skills and Graphic Design Skills
• Able to work with the organization.
• Knowledge and skills in Brand Management
• Skills in brand positioning and consumer segmentation
• Digital marketing experience
• Good command of English
• Good at Planning & Management, Communication Skills
• Ability to analyze and apply market research results into digital strategy and plans.
• Negotiation skills and experience in managing Marketing budgets.
• Willingness to learn, positive mindset with the never-give-up attitude
