RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Develop, lead and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
•
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
•
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
•
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
•
Collaborate/work with agencies and partners
•
Evaluate emerging technologies

Requirements
•
College degree
•
With solid experience in digital marketing including content marketing, advertising, social media/community management and event management
•
Proven skillsin identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
•
Must be a good leader, highly creative and with great interpersonal communication skills (both in Burmese and English)
•
Experience in advertising agency is an advantage
