Continuous improvement on standardizing process, workflow, and documentation
Closely working with both internal and external teams in achieving the marketing and sales objectives

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese. (N2 or N1)
Degrees in Marketing/Business related fields is preferred, but not mandatory
Experience in relevant role will be an advantage
Familiarity with various social media platforms
Familiarity with cloud technologies
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Ability to communicate in English
Passion to learn new technologies
Knowledge about web business and/or web development is a plus
