• Develop strategy for Agriculture business
• Identify export market potential across Myanmar and nearby countries
• Review law, regulation, and government incentives in agricultural business
• Develop and lead business strategy in company position and branding strategy
• Manage profit and loss of the business sector including computing return on investment, estimating working capital and etc
• Identify investments including sources of capital and D/E ratio, raising of capital from local and international markets
• Develop divestment, merge and acquisition, and exit strategies

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Economics, Development Studies, Business Administration or Management.
• Minimum 15 years experiences in Agriculture sector in Myanmar and ASEAN business Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal skills
• Able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of past and current trends in Agriculture industry. Experience in working with private sector investment projects in agriculture.
• Proven track records with successful market assessment and entry into the Agri business value chain
• The position will require both local and overseas travel and applicant should be willing to travel on short notice.
• Substantive experience in opportunity and market analysis, the budgeting and financial management
• Fluent English
• Native Burmese speaking only
