We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Drafter to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD or similar drafting software. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure all designs meet technical standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise electrical single-line diagrams, layouts, schematics, and wiring drawings.
• Develop cable routing, panel schedules, and load distribution drawings.
• Interpret engineer’s design notes, sketches, and specifications into accurate CAD drawings.
• Maintain drawing records and update revisions as required.
• Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to resolve drafting-related queries.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings after project completion.
   

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, or other CAD drafting tools.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in electrical drafting (preferably in building services, power, or renewable energy projects).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, cable sizing, panel layouts, and earthing/lighting layouts.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
