Daily Departmental Administration

• To work with architects and engineers, you must gain an understanding of the scope and requirements of a project.
• To use manual drawings and computer-based applications, such as computer-assisted drafting, you will create two-and three-dimensional renderings of the finished project.
• To work from rough sketches and specifications created by engineers, architects and senior management.
• To add and to revise details to architectural plans from your knowledge of building techniques or any other applicable techniques
• To prepare multiple versions of designs for review.
• To work independently and also under the supervision of engineers and architects
• Design plans using computer-aided design and drafting software.
Preparation of high-level and confidential documents

• You may be expected to prepare correspondence, memos and presentations for CEO’s final approval
• You are expected to schedule and coordinate appointments and arrange meetings taking into account time differences and deadlines

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Role-specific knowledge:
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
• Experience in Translation
• EFFICIENCY IN SPOKEN ENGLISH AND WRITTEN ENGLISH. Added foreign language (Chinese) will be an advantage
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask - Strives for excellence
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and use initiative
• Attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
• Work calmly under pressure
• Strong ability to work with multiple parties including setting up of Customer meetings – internal and external
Technical Skills
• Demonstrated high degree of computer literacy and systems oriented particularly Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, autocad 2 D and 3D, Sketch Up, 3D Max, Photoshop and other rendering softwares
