Drilling Logistics Manager shall be responsible for

Onshore drilling logistics and Supply chain process set up
All Import and Customs clearance process with Myanmar customs, MOGE and other Authorities
Developing Logistics, freight forwarders, and contractors databases
Liaise closely with rig supervisors, contractors, engineers and logistics team to ensure equipment is sourced from contractors, delivered to rig sites and returned expeditiously
Frequently calling, chasing and clarifying needs and possibilities with the extended team – making decisions and making sure the rig isn’t shut down
Tracking daily costs and making sure expensive rental items are flagged and returned to vendors
Make sure order paper work is in place and appropriate documentation is provided to allow tax, customs and immigration formalities are done efficiently
Follow the operations on the wells to ensure equipment is planned for ahead of time and available when needed
Arrange for QA/QC support as required
Operate within the PHE procurement process to identify and procure the most cost effective materials for project(s), ensure that all materials are fit for purpose and available in a timely manner and plan and schedule the supply of materials and services for each well operation
Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Supply Base & remote operations in difficult area with lack of infrastructure
Experience in an Oil&Gas company as a logistics and supply chain officer is essential
