-Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
-Work with the Esports Director to coordinate and supervise daily operations
-Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
-Monitor attainment of objectives
-Undertake staffing responsibilities (hiring, training, evaluating etc.)
-Assist in budgeting and monitoring expenses
-Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed
-Create reports and submit them to the Esports Director or other executives
-Fulfill duties as assigned by the Esports Director

1. BA/BS degree in any fields;
2. Understanding of Global Esports industry, Streaming, Talents (Casters, Streamers) in Myanmar is priority
3. Familiar with Myanmar business manner;
4. Fluent in oral and written in English；
5. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, strong passion and ability to network；
6. Poise under pressure and the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
