Key Responsibilities

Tax

* Accurately prepare tax filings by due date.

* Prepare tax related report and maintain the company’s tax database.
. Liaise with the external auditors for tax accounting and tax audit

. Find tax solutions and tax strategy.

» Any other tasks relating to tax directed by Manager.

Treasury

* Accurately handle company’s payment (collect necessary documents, i-banking etc)
. Communicate with banks and government offices such as OSSC and SEZ.

* Handle petty cash.

* Accurately handle ERP relating to treasury

* Find treasury solutions and strategy.

. Liaise with the external auditors for treasury part

* Any other tasks relating to treasury directed by Manager.

Accounting

* Accurately handle company’s book.

* Accurately handle ERP relating to financial statement.

. Prepare report and analysis for Manager

. Liaise with the external auditors for the account items in charge.
. Find accounting solutions and strategy.

* Any other tasks relating to treasury directed by Manager.

Requirements/ Skills/ Experience

- Passion to learn new things

- Inter-personal skills to work with calleagues/other depts
. High level integrity as a finance person

. Close attention to details and accuracy

. Time management to meet deadlines

* LCCI-3 or any other accounting certificates

* At least one year experience as accountant

* Business level English

* Fair command in Microsoft Office, Excel and powerpoint
