- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading secretarial publications
- In charge of scheduling meetings, taking minutes during sessions, maintaining databases and producing reports
- Maintain correspondence tracking logs for project
- Manage project file systems and involve in project related calls

- Any graduate in engineering field
- Age between 25 to 35 years
- Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
- Must be willing and able to travel within state with possible travel outside of state
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & E-mail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
