To set up policy and procedure of the Housekeeping Department.
To supervise all Housekeeping personals to achieve the departmental target.
To keep and report the apartment and public area of NGH to the best possible standard.
To control and manage the operations of Hotel, Public Area and Laundry, Gardener sections.
To assist GM to complete emergency safety plan.
To give feedback on comments and complaint from customers and other departments.
To deal with suppliers to get the best quality of goods.
To liaison with Engineering to restore the apartment and facility in the best possible standard.
To check daily basic on all H/K staff giving best service to customers.
To conduct training concerned with housekeeping rules and regulations regular, the operation.
To manage daily housekeeping service.
To liaison with other departments concerned with to restore check-out rooms, public area, landscaping to the best conditions.
To liaison with the Hotel to fulfill their need and make sure their stay happy and comfortable.
To fulfill customer’s requirement by providing the 24 hours Housekeeping services and make the room perfect.
